We are having a little boy! Due date May 21st. Sorry I haven't announced any sooner. I haven't been feeling very well, so I don't get around to the computer very often.
We got to have an ultrasound last week. We were surprised that it was a boy, because Abigail has been talking about her little sister Hannah for at least 2 years now. She said she was happy to get a brother, but that she is going to pray for a sister after the baby boy is born. She is generally very excited about having a sibling. She put a sign up on her door that says, "No babies allowed in my room." I told her that she might have to share a room and that we would have to put the baby somewhere. So with much thought she took down the sign and added "only in the living room" Very generous.
We feel very blessed to be pregnant. We tried for about 3 1/2 years. We actually found out we were pregnant on a Saturday and had an appointment scheduled for the next Monday to go into a Fertility specialist in Grand Rapids. So we are grateful that it all turned out so well.
We will have an exciting summer with Benjamin graduating the beginning of May, a new baby on the 21st and then moving to wherever we get a job the end of June.

I'm so happy for you guys. Abby will be such a good big sister.
Your May/June reminds me of the year Abby was born and you moved to Michigan. Before you know it, it'll be done and you'll have a job somewhere for a family of four. What a nice thought.

Yeah! I am so so so happy for you! That is so wonderful that Abigail will have a little brother. She will be a great big brother! Hooray!!!! I am so excited for you!!!

Congrats on a baby boy! I'm so glad that you are pregnant, especially since you have wanted a baby so long. You really appreciate it.
